The radiation cross-linked polyethylene heat shrink tape consists of a three-layer structure, consisting of a substrate layer, a hot melt adhesive layer, and an epoxy primer layer from top to bottom. It is formed by hot pressing to form a whole, with the substrate layer being a polyethylene layer and the hot melt adhesive layer being a polyurethane type hot melt adhesive layer.
